An ID is required ( Aadhaar or License – both front and back ) which can be shared by Whats App Upon receipt of ID, bank details will be shared Once 50% of the tariff is transferred the booking is confirmed.
The balance shall be payable at the time of checkout.
Note: For your booking to be confirmed, ID proof and Booking amount is a must. We cannot hold dates verbally, so please do not ask.
1. Smoking policy – The inside of the house is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING and that includes the bathrooms. If any evidence of smoking inside the house is noticed, we may even ask you to vacate the premises immediately. Please cooperate with this policy since a vast majority of guests are turned off by cigarette smell and especially children who are sensitive to smoke/smell allergies.
2. Not Couple Friendly – We strictly do NOT rent out rooms to unmarried couples. Bookings are available only for non-mixed groups and families with kids since it is impossible to verify family status of one or two couples. Thank you for your understanding on this sensitive matter.
3. Visitors – Guests shall inform us in advance about any visitors who are not staying overnight. They will be charged Rs. 500/- plus whatever food they consume.
